By joining our team as a Business Development Executive, you'll be a crucial part of our mission to free workers from the burden of debt and help them regain control of their financial lives.

What will you do:

• Cultivate new customer networks and strengthen relationships with existing clients

• Assess customer needs and tailor our offerings to suit them

• Persuasively negotiate with clients, fostering trust and loyalty

• Collaborate with the product team to optimize our offerings for customer satisfaction

• Proactively explore new business opportunities in the market

• Report to management on business performance, customer insights, and competitor activities

What are we looking for:

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience

• A strong network in Manufacturing.

• Experience in HR services, HR benefit products, or ERP/CRM/HRS is a plus.

• Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills

• A passion for selling solutions that make a tangible difference in people's lives
