Business Development Manager

In 2020 Ecotek went live with our core product Ekko, a property management system targeting property managers and real estate developers in order to help optimize operations and increase the quality of life of its residents. After 2 years of building new standards for property management and developing a system that is adaptable to new technology trends, we are now ready for commercialization.
We are looking for a business development manager who understands the real estate and property management market that can help Ecotek identify, attract and acquire new business for our products and services. You will work with large real estate groups in order to identify their needs and propose solutions from our tech stack and partnership network & property management companies to onboard them onto our platform.

What you will do:
- Develop a sales plan for our products and services and lead the entire sales cycle from start to end.
- Build proposals and presentations for potential customers based on our branding guideline.
- Oversee the quality of our b2b sales material sent out externally.
- Master demos of our product in order to convince potential customers.
- Build close relationships with customers.
- Work closely with the management team to identify new business opportunities.
- Collect and communicate with the product team about new requirements and market’s demands to
develop new features for the product.
- Recruit sales team and build standardized sales scripts after a positive track record.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business management or related fields.
- Over 3 years experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Real estate and property management domain knowledge is prefered.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English

Salary: Between 10-24 million VND Gross based on experience + commission.
