By joining our team as a Marketing Manager, you'll be a crucial part of our mission to free workers from the burden of debt and help them regain control of their financial lives.

What will you do:

 

For client/partner:

• Build and maintain relationships with large customers, partners, suppliers to negotiate cross-marketing campaigns.

• Propose, build ideas, coordinate with partners who are human resources organizations, corporate governance systems to build and deploy online/offline events.

 

For internal:

• Conduct research, evaluate products from marketing and user perspectives to optimize and improve products.

• Cost management and effective use of Marketing costs.

• Effectively use, deploy maximum Marketing exploitation on owner channels.

• Analyze user behavior to adjust marketing and advertising campaigns accordingly.

• Develop requirements for tools and features on products to serve the implementation of marketing activities.

• Coordinate with PR Manager to plan marketing from which to get a list of potential customers.

• Coordinate with PR Manager and Customer Success Manager (deployment team) to plan communication, training and promote service usage.

 

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, business administration, advertising, communications or a related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in Marketing for B2B products (item 3) and at least 2 years in a similar position.

• Having experience working in financial technology companies, business ERP, HR System, CRM, SCM (Supply Chain Management), WMS (Warehouse Management System).

• Knowledge of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or WebTrends.

• Good communication in English, having a second language is an advantage

Salary range: 30,000,000 - 40,000,000 GROSS

 

Time & Work location:

• 09:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday.
