Agile Project Manager / Project Coordinator

Ecotek is leading Ecopark’s development of becoming an Exemplary Smart City model of Vietnam pursuant to the Ministry of Constructions approval. To achieve this feat, the corporation has identified digital transformation as one of their key goals moving forward, conducted through the digitization and digitalization of operational management, establishment of a digital service partner network, and development of core services. 


We have developed and deployed our first version of a City O/S in Ecopark township and are now ready to bring our core product, Ekko to other real estate developments and townships.  Ekko is reinventing the way property managers & real estate developers operate townships in Vietnam and we are now looking for a project manager or project coordinator to take responsibility for managing multiple projects or a big account.


What you will do 

  • Provide day-to-day customer liaison and be responsible for relationship management, project management and delivery 

  • In conjunction with the associated senior staff, matrix management of a team of developers, testers, and business analysts involved in developing and maintaining processes for efficient delivery of software to customers

  • Manage delivery of change through the Agile scrum processes

  • Escalate commercial issues, where appropriate, including potential business opportunities 

  • Prepare internal and customer reports 

  • Identify and manage risks 

  • Collaborate with other Project Managers, exchanging ideas, working on improvements of process both within the immediate team and across the company 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • University degree, preferably in IT or Computer Science field.

  • Over 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced software development environment with proven use of Agile (scrum) development and knowledge of waterfall methodologies

  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail, with a desire to drive continuous improvement through the project lifecycle

  • Good people management skills and the ability to demonstrate stakeholder management responsibilities.

  • Have experience managing multiple projects in parallel 

  • Flexibility and the ability to respond to rapidly changing situations 

  • The desire to drive continuous improvement

  • A high sense of organization and responsibility, demonstrate a “can do” working attitude

  • Able to work steadily under a high-pressure environment.

  • Good communication skills both written and spoken in English



  • Ability to work closely with the management office to navigate and define the direction of the company.
