Research Intern

Earned wage access (EWA) is one of the fastest growing fintech products in the region and we are ready to grab it. In the past 1 year we have built a new product from scratch and tested it with over 20 different companies and received rewarding feedback. Through our platform we allow workers to access their earned salary in less than a minute to help them pay for any unforeseen hospital, school bills and alike. We help workers avoid going to loan sharks or using family money and decrease daily financial worries.

Today, we are now ready to scale up. We are hiring Research Intern to support the company's research efforts by conducting market research and analysis on the earned wage access (EWA) market internationally and in Vietnam. The intern will work under the supervision of the Business development director and will collaborate closely with Sales, marketing and product development teams.

What will you do:

Conduct market research and analysis on the EWA market internationally and in Vietnam
Conduct market research on the fintech industry in Vietnam
Collect and analyze data on market trends, competition, and consumer behavior
Help to develop reports and presentations summarizing research findings
Assist in conducting surveys and other research methods to gather data
Contribute to the development of market strategies and recommendations

What we are looking for:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or related field
Analytical skills and ability to work with data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred:

Experience in conducting market research or analysis
Familiarity with earned wage access or financial technology industries
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools
