Ecotek is leading Ecopark’s development of becoming an Exemplary Smart City model of Vietnam pursuant to the Ministry of Constructions approval. To achieve this feat, the corporation has identified digital transformation as one of their key goals moving forward, conducted through the digitization and digitalization of operational management, establishment of a digital service partnership network and development of core services. 

 

We are currently looking for a mobile developer to design and develop our new flagship application we are launching to the market in the upcoming months. After one year of testing and operating our resident and community app Ecoone in Ecopark we are ready to bring it to market as a white label product! By joining our team you will get to work closely with senior developers that are eager to share their knowledge. You will be able to help shape a team, and application, that will be expanding heavily within the upcoming months. The Ecotek codebase focuses on best practices and using modern programming patterns to deliver a consistent and high-quality experience to our users. We use React Native with full Typescript compliance across our entire mobile codebase. For our backend services we utilise SprintBoot/RoR and SQL database.

 

What you will do:

• Work closely with other developers to design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React Native code.

• Build highly maintainable code using best practices that you can be proud of telling your friends about.

• Write both unit and integration tests, and develop automation tools for daily tasks.

• Integrate a backend API and database with a frontend solution to give our users an optimal experience.

• Help shape a team, and product, by applying your own personal knowledge.

• Challenge ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient solutions.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree or higher, major in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in professional development.

• Hands on experience using React Native and Typescript across medium- to large projects.

• Ability to write effective unit and integration tests.

• Thrive working in an iterative development process, being a strong, independent problem-solver.
